    • Q: Do I need a referral?

      A: A referral is not required. Contact Affordable Healing Hands and avail of our service directly.

    • Q: Is treatment covered by all health funds?

      A: Yes, I am registered with all health funds.

    • Q: Can I claim on my health fund rebate instantly, ie at time of payment?

      A: I will issue you a receipt so that you can claim your health fund rebate personally.

    • Q: What can I expect at my first appointment?

      A: You will need to fill out a form giving some medical history and other details, and then your needs will be discussed.

    • Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

      A: Cash, cheque, credit card or Bartercard are all acceptable.

    • Q: How do I know which treatment is best for me?

      A: We will discuss this at the time of your first appointment and then review it each time you return.

    • Q: Can I purchase a gift voucher?

      A: Yes, Gift Vouchers are available at the same prices posted on the website.
